Group Training

Group Classes

 Currently we offer a hybrid class/personal training model that includes a variety of HIIT workouts to clients either on an individual basis or with the client plus a small party of family or friends.
These sessions are scheduled directly between the trainer and client to create an optimal training schedule for the client. We’d like to offer you a free assessment workout to show you examples of the HIIT workouts that we offer and see if it aligns with your fitness goals.
